胫腓骨远端双骨折行不同微创内固定方式治疗临床疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析胫腓骨远端双骨折行不同微创内固定方式治疗的临床疗效。方法：随机选择2013年4月-2014年4月本院诊治的胫腓骨远端双骨折患者110例，按照不同治疗方式分为两组，每组各55例患者。对照组患者予交锁髓内钉结合弹性髓内钉治疗，研究组患者经皮锁定加压钢板结合弹性髓治疗，观察并比较两组患者临床疗效及安全性。结果：研究组骨折愈合时间比对照组短，功能及患足力线评分均比对照组高，两组比较差异均具统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组并发症总发生率7.27%显著少于对照组27.27%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：交锁髓内钉结合弹性髓内钉及经皮锁定加压钢板结合弹性髓治疗胫腓骨远端双骨折均具一定优势，但经皮锁定加压钢板结合弹性髓治疗的临床效果更佳且并发症少，更具临床实际应用价值。 　　【关键词】 胫腓骨远端双骨折； 微创内固定； 疗效 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive internal fixation for the treatment of fracture of distal tibia and fibula.Method：110 patients were randomly selected in the hospital for treatment of fractures of distal tibia and fibula from April 2013 to April 2014，and the patients were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods，55 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail together with flexible intramedullary nail， patients in the study group were treated with percutaneous locking compression plate combined with the flexible intramedullary nail.The clinical efficacy and safety of two groups were observed and compared. Result： The fracture healing time of the study group was shorter than the control group， and scores of plantar force were higher than the control group， the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The total incidence of complications of the study group was 7.27%， significantly less than that of the control group which was 27.27%， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： The interlocking intramedullary nail combined with flexible intramedullary nail and the percutaneous locking compression plate combined with flexible intramedullary nails are both of certain advantages for treating fracture of distal tibial and fibular， but the percutaneous locking compression plate combined with flexible intramedullary nails is better curative effects and with fewer complications， which enjoys more practical value in
