脾切除加贲门周围血管缝扎术治疗门静脉高压消化道出血临床效果分析 　　【摘要】目的 探讨采用脾切除加贲门周围血管缝扎术治疗门静脉高压消化道出血的疗效，以供临床参考。方法 对我院2009年8月~2011年1月收治的39例门静脉高压消化道出血的患者进行脾切除加贲门周围血管缝扎术治疗。比较患者治疗前后的门静脉压力、血清Tuftsin、血清免疫球蛋白IgM。观察患者治疗后的并发症发生情况，并将结果进行统计学分析。结果 39例患者经过治疗后，其门静脉压力明显降低，与治疗前相比，p＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。患者血清Tuftsin无明显变化，血清免疫球蛋白IgM无明显变化，与治疗前相比，p＞0.05，差异无统计学意义。39例患者均得到良好的治疗，患者无死亡。共发生并发症5例，占12.82%。结论 采用脾切除加贲门周围血管缝扎术治疗门静脉高压消化道出血具有较好的疗效，患者并发症少，值得在临床推广使用。 　　【关键词】脾切除 贲门周围血管缝扎术 门静脉高压消化道出血 　　中图分类号：R657.6文献标识码：A文章编号：1005-0515（2011）12-005-02 　　Splenectomy plus ligation cardiac peripheral vascular treatment of portal hypertension Clinical analysis of gastrointestinal bleeding 　　Zheng Hongwei 　　（Xinmi City General Hospital, Zheng Coal companies outside the three subjects, Xinmi, 452 371） 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the use of splenectomy plus ligation cardiac peripheral vascular treatment of portal hypertension gastrointestinal bleeding, for clinical reference. Complications occurred in 5 cases, accounting for 12.82%.
