腰痹通胶囊结合间歇牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察 　　摘 要 目的：观察腰痹通胶囊结合间歇牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法：收集2016年1月―10月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者5 0例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各2 5例。治疗组采用腰痹通胶囊结合间歇牵引治疗，对照组采用常规针灸治疗，两组均以1 0 d为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。评估两组治疗第1和第2疗程后的疗效。结果：治疗组第1和第2疗程的总有效率分别为60.00%（20/25）和88.00%（27/25），对照组分别为56.00%（14/25）和72.00%（24/25），治疗组疗效高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：腰痹通胶囊结合间歇牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效更显著。 　　关键词 腰椎间盘突出症；腰痹通；间歇牵引 　　中图分类号：R681.5+3 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）22-0028-02 　　Clinical observation on Yaobitong capsule combined with intermittent traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation 　　ZHAO Yonggang1， YU Jianfeng2， XU Yapeng3 　　（Waigang Community Health Service Center of Jiading District， Shanghai 201806， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yaobitong capsule combined with intermittent traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： Fifty cases of lumbar disc herniation were collected from Jan. to Oct. 2016 and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 25 cases each. The treatment group was treated by Yaobitong capsule combined with intermittent traction， and the control group received the conventional acupuncture treatment， and the two groups were treated for 10 days for a course， a total of 2 courses of treatment. The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after first and second courses of treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the first and second courses in the treatment group was 60% （20/25） and 88% （27/25）， and the control group was 56% （14/25） and 72% （24/25）， respectively. The treatment effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.
