腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹手术临床疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术和开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2011年6月-2013年6月收治的86例子宫肌瘤患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组，每组43例。观察组给予腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗，对照组给予传统开腹手术治疗，对比两组的术中出血量、排气时间、住院时间、术后病率及术后镇痛药使用率等指标。结果：观察组的术中出血量、排气时间、住院时间等均明显少于对照组，且术后病率、镇痛药使用率及并发症发生率也显著低于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：治疗瘤子数量少的子宫肌瘤，腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的效果更显著，且无严重并发症，术后恢复快，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 子宫肌瘤； 腹腔镜； 开腹手术； 疗效 　　中图分类号 R713.4 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）19-0005-03 　　The Observation of Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Uterine Myoma Eliminating Technique and the Open Operation/CAI Hui-chun.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（19）：5-7 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the clinical effect for the treatment of uterine fibroids by laparoscopic uterine myoma eliminating technique and open operation.Method： A total of 86 patients with uterine fibroids from June 2011 to June 2013 in the hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was given for the treatment of laparoscopic uterine fibroids to eliminate， the control group was given conventional laparotomy surgery treatment， compared two groups of intraoperative blood loss， exhaust time， length of hospital stay， postoperative disease rate and postoperative analgesia drug utilization index， etc.Result： The intraoperative blood loss， exhaust time， length of hospital stay of the observation group were significantly less than the control group， and postoperative disease rate， analgesic usage and the incidence of complications was also significantly lower than the control group， and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： The treatment of tumors less number of uterine fibroids， the effect of laparoscopic uterine myoma eliminating technique prominent， and no serious complications， postoperative recovery fast， is worth promoting. 　　【Key words】 Uterine fibroids； Laparoscope； Open operation； Curative effect 　　First-author’s address： The Hospital of Jinjiang City，Jinjia
