腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症围术期护理干预价值 　　摘 要 目的：探讨子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术期间的护理干预效果。方法：选取2014年6月―2017年6月收治的子宫内膜异位症患者72例，均行腹腔镜手术治疗。将患者分为对照组36例，给予常规护理；试验组36例，给予综合护理干预，评定两组治疗效果。结果：干预后，试验组的SAS评分和SDS评分明显降低，分别为（24.6±3.7）分和（28.3±3.4）分，对照组分别为（27.6±2.9）分和（30.5±3.1）分，试验组优于对照组（P0.05）。患者术后并发症发生率为5.6%（2/36），低于对照组的25.0%（9/36，P0.05）；护理满意率为97.2%（35/36），高于对照组的80.6%（29/36，P0.05）。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效确切，围术期实施综合护理干预能改善患者心理状态，减少术后并发症，值得推广。 　　关键词 宫内膜异位症；腹腔镜手术；护理干预；并发症 　　中图分类号：R711.71 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2018）06-0021-03 　　The value of perioperative nursing intervention in laparoscopy treating endometriosis 　　JIN Hua HUANG Chunmei（Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of No.155 Central Hospital of People’s Liberation Army， Kaifeng 475003， Henan Province， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effect of nursing intervention during laparoscopic operation of endometriosis. Methods： Seventy-two patients with endometriosis admitted from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected and all patients underwent laparoscopic surgery. The patients were divided into a control group with 36 cases who were given routine nursing； an experimental group with 36 cases who were given comprehensive nursing intervention. The effects of the two groups were evaluated.
