职业教育校企合作影响因素及对策分析 　　摘 要 目前我国的校企合作存在明显的学校“一头热”现象，企业热情不高。为了改变现状激发企业参与职业教育校企合作的积极性，我国政府不断推出了一系列政策措施。但是由于企业合作动力不足、校企合作政策法律不完善、校企合作机制不健全导致我国职业教育校企合作的效果不理想。文章在分析校企合作的影?因素基础上，从政府主导完善政策和法律和健全中介机制沟通校企合作两方面提出了建议。 　　关键词 职业教育 校企合作 影响因素 对策 　　中图分类号：G710 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/ki.kjdks.2018.02.005 　　Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Cooperation between School and Enterprise in Vocational Education 　　LI Yao 　　（School of Economics and Management， Tianjin University of Technology and Education， Tianjin 300222） 　　Abstract At present， there is a clear phenomenon of one hot phenomenon in school-enterprise cooperation in our country， and the enthusiasm of enterprises is not high. In order to change the status quo and encourage enterprises to participate in vocational education and school-enterprise cooperation enthusiasm， our government has introduced a series of policy measures. However， due to the lack of motivation for cooperation in enterprises， imperfect policies and regulations on school-enterprise cooperation and the imperfect mechanism of cooperation between universities and enterprises， the effect of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education in our country is not satisfactory. Based on the analysis of the factors that affect the cooperation between schools and enterprises， the article puts forward suggestions from two aspects： the government leads the improvement of policies and laws and the improvement of the intermediary mechanism to communicate between schools and enterprises. 　　Keywords vocational education， school - enterprise cooperation， influencing factors， countermeasures 　　1研究背景及意义 　　由于校企合作内容丰富、形式多样目前学术界尚未给出统一的定义，我国现在学术界对校企合作的定义上，主要集中于三点：从合作对象上看是社会企业和高职院校；从合作内容上看，从原来人才培养单一的合作模式扩展到科学研究、科技成果的转化和社会服务等；从合作方式上看，主要表现为企业向学校捐助，学校帮助企业做员工培训。本文给出的定义是在技能型人力资本专用化的过程中，职业学校与企业以共同利益为基础，共同进行职业人才培养形式；以实现职业教育的合作双赢。 　　2影响校企合作的因素 　　2.1 企业合作动力不足 　　首先，企业从校企合作中无法确保收益，无论是短期收益还是长期收益。企业作为一种盈利性组织，以实现利润最大化为目标，但是在校企合作中企业往往支出大于收益。其次我国企业以中小型企业居多，迫切需要
