肩关节镜手术治疗肩袖损伤适应证选择手术技巧和疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析肩关节镜手术治疗肩袖损伤的适应证选择、手术技巧和疗效。方法 选取该院2009年8月―2013年8月收治的肩袖损伤患者90例，所有患者均采取关节镜辅助smithnephew 带线铆钉进行肩袖重建手术。比较患者术前术后肩关节ASES评分，比较患者术前术后VAS评分及Constant-Murley评分。比较患者术前后疼痛评分、前屈角度、前屈肌力及满意度。结果 患者术前术后1周肩关节ASES评分及术前术后VAS评分比较，术后显著优于术前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。患者术前后疼痛评分、前屈角度、前屈肌力及满意度比较，术后显著优于术前差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 肩关节镜手术治疗肩袖损伤并发症少、创口小，能良好的保护三角肌及肩关节功能恢复快，如能正确的掌握适应证，手术的熟练度则是治疗肩袖损伤最具疗效的手术方案，值得临床广泛推广及应用。 　　[关键词] 肩关节镜；肩袖损伤；适应证；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R687.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2014）11（c）-0025-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the selection of indications， surgical technique and curative effect of shoulder arthroscopy surgery for the treatment of rotator cuff injury. Methods 90 cases with rotator cuff injury admitted in our hospital from August 2009 to August 2013 were selected. All the patients underwent arthroscope-assisted rotator cuff reconstruction operation with smith nephew suture anchor. The ASES score， VAS score and Constant-Murley score， pain score， flexion angle， flexion muscle strength and level of satisfaction of the patients before and after the operation were compared. Results The shoulder joint ASES score and VAS score of the patients 1 week after operation were much better than those before operation with statistically significant difference （P0.05）. The pain score， flexion angle， flexion muscle strength and level of satisfaction of the patients after operation were obviously better than those before operation with statistically significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion For rotator cuff injury， shoulder arthroscopy surgery has small wound with fewer complications， which can well protect the deltoid， the shoulder joint function recovers fast. And in the treatment of rotator cuff injury by shoulder arthroscopy surgery， correctly mastering the indications and surgical proficiency are very important. The surgical regimen is worthy of wide clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Shoulder arthroscopy； Rotator cuff injury；
