胃液标本潜血检测方法学选择研究 　　[摘要] 目的 对胃液潜血的检测方法的进行研究，更好的为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。 方法 选取我科今年接收的100份胃液标本，分别采用转铁蛋白法、金标法、化学法三种方法检测胃液标本中的潜血指标，对比三种方法真阳性率。 结果 转铁蛋白法真阳性率为96.8%（92/95），金标法真阳性率为80.9%（71/95），化学法真阳性率为87.6%（83/95），转铁蛋白法的真阳性率显著高于金标法和化学法，三种方法真阳性率结果比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 在对胃液潜血的检测中，转铁蛋白法真阳性率最高与临床诊断最相符，减少了免疫法和化学法出现假阴性假阳性的出?F，避免由于方法学检测因素造成的漏诊和误诊，对临床诊断最有参考价值，应该得到推广和应用。 　　[关键词] 胃液潜血检测；转铁蛋白法；免疫法；化学法；真阳性率 　　[中图分类号] R446.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）11-149-03 　　Study on selection of succus gastricus occult blood detection method 　　LIU Zhifeng ZHANG Yaohui HAO Guoqing 　　Guangdong Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine，Foshan 528200，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the detection method of succus gastricus occult blood，and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 100 specimen of gastric juice specimens in our department in this year were selected.All specimen were detected with transferrin method，the gold standard method，and chemical method for occult blood chemical.True positive rates of three methods were compared. Results The true positive rate of transferrin method was 96.8%（92/95），the gold standard method was 80.9%（71/105），and the chemical method was 87.6%（83/105）.The true positive rate of transferrin method was higher than that of the gold standard method and the chemical method，which showed significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion In the occult blood detection of succus gastricu，the true positive rate of the transferrin method was highest，and most consistent with clinical diagnosis，which reduces false negative and false positive of immunization and chemical methods，avoid misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis due to methodological factors.It is the most valuable reference for clinical diagnosis，worthy of clinical promotion. 　　[Key words] Gastric occult blood detection；Transferrin；Immunoassay；Chemical method；True positive rate 　　临床上患者消化道大量出血或者快速出血时，医生可以通过询问患者病史或者检查生命体征进行判断诊断，但是消化道慢性出血、少量出血或者肿瘤情况下的出血等，就需要通过对患者胃液、大便或呕吐物等进行潜血试验检测才能得到判断[1
