腹腔镜保守手术对输卵管妊娠患者术后卵巢功能及卵巢血流状态影响观察 　　【摘要】 目的：分析?卵管妊娠患者应用腹腔镜保守手术治疗后，对其卵巢功能及卵巢血流状态的影响。方法：选取2013年2月-2015年2月本院妇科诊治的输卵管妊娠患者80例，根据不同的治疗方式分为对照组38例和研究组42例，其中对照组患者采取输卵管切除术治疗，研究组患者采取腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚术治疗。在术后24 h、1个月，比较两组患者的卵巢功能，包括卵泡刺激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）、抗苗勒管激素（AMH）及窦卵泡数和卵巢横截面积，同时监测患者卵巢血流状态指标包括搏动指数、阻力指数、动脉流速峰值水平的变化。结果：（1）在治疗后24 h和1个月，研究组FSH、E2水平均明显低于对照组，而AMH水平、窦卵泡数及卵巢横截面积测量值均明显高于对照组 （P0.05）；（2）治疗后，研究组搏动指数、阻力指数及动脉流速峰值检测结果均明显高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：输卵管妊娠对女性危害较大，采取腹腔镜下保守手术，对患者的卵巢功能影响轻微，可维持正常的卵巢血流状态，保证患者术后正常生育的功能，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 输卵管妊娠； 腹腔镜； 保守手术； 卵巢功能； 卵巢血流状态 　　Effect of Laparoscopic Conservative Surgery on Postoperative Ovarian Function and Ovarian Blood Flow in Patients with Tubal Pregnancy/PENG Quan.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（35）：070-073 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of laparoscopic conservative surgery on ovarian function and ovarian blood flow in patients with tubal pregnancy.Method：A total of 80 patients with tubal pregnancy in the department of gynecology for diagnosis and treatment from February 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital were selected.According to different treatment methods，they were divided into the control group（n=38） and the study group（n=42）.The control group was taken with tubal resection treatment and the study group was taken with laparoscopic tubal incision for embryo surgery.The ovarian function includes follicle stimulating hormone（FSH），estradiol（E2），anti-Mullerian hormone（AMH） and number of sinus follicles and ovarian cross-sectional area of two groups 24 h and 1 month after surgery were observed.The change of ovarian blood flow status indicators including pulsatility index，resistance index，peak velocity of arterial flow rate were monitored.Result：（1）The levels of FSH and E2 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 24 h and 1 month after treatment，while AMH level，the number of sinus follicles and the cross-sectional area of the ovaries were also significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.
