胃炎与胃溃疡治疗中不合理用药临床分析 　　摘要：目的： 深讨临床治疗胃炎以及胃溃疡的不合理用药现象，并进行临床分析。 方法 ：调查并记录2010年～2014年间笔者所在医院内科就诊的胃炎、胃溃疡患者400 例的用药情况，结合实际临床经验，查阅相关文献，回顾性分析总结这5年间胃炎、胃溃疡的常用医嘱，最终从药理机制方面深讨临床治疗胃炎、胃溃疡的不合理用药现象。 结果： 400例研究资料中，发现120例患者资料存在不合理用药现象，不合理用药比例为30.0%。其中配伍方式不合理是不合理用药的主要原因，研究资料中包含质子泵抑制剂与铋剂配伍不合理现象、H 2 受体拮抗剂与抗酸剂配伍不合理现象、吗丁啉与抗胆碱药物配伍不合理现象以及胃黏膜保护剂与抗酸剂配伍不合理现象等。 结论： 用药不合理极易导致患者疾病治疗效果差，不良反应增多等现象的发生，应引起医护人员的高度重视。医护人员应有高度的责任心，加强学习，准确了解用药信息及熟练掌握药物作用机理及配伍禁忌，合理进行药物配伍，防止不合理用药现象的产生。 　　关键词：胃炎；胃溃疡；不合理用药；配伍不合理 　　Abstract ：objective to deep for clinical treatment of gastritis and peptic ulcer is not rational drug use， and clinical analysis. Conclusions unreasonable drug use can lead to disease treatment effect is poor， the phenomenon such as increased in patients with adverse reactions occur， which should be paid attention during the height of the medical staff， avoid the happening of this kind of event.
