胃癌患者全胃切除术后空肠代胃消化道重建术方式疗效研究 　　【摘要】 目的：观察并分析临床中对胃癌患者运用全胃切除手术之后空肠代胃消化道重建术方式的效果。方法：选取近年来本院收治的实施全胃切除胃癌患者46例作为研究对象，按随机数字表分为观察组23例和对照组23例，观察组采用空肠代胃消化道重建治疗，对照组采用常规处理方式，比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组术后出现肺部感染1例，切口出血1例，切口萎缩1例；对照组分别为3例、4例、2例。两组并发症情况比较差异具有统计学意义（字2=4.059，P0.05）；两组术后1年口服5%葡萄糖溶液的代胃排空时间，观察组在20 min以内，对照组为30～50 min；术后1年观察组体重恢复至术前体重的95%以上，对照组为80%以上。结论：对胃癌患者实施全胃切除手术，采用空肠间置代胃的方式对消化道进行重建，患者的恢复情况较为理想，治疗效果较为显著。 　　【关键词】 胃癌； 全胃切除； 消化道重建术 　　Study on Effect of Jejunum and Stomach Digestive Tract Reconstruction Method after Total Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer/JI Xian-an.//Medical Innovation of China，2013，10（35）：039-040 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To observe and analyze the clinical application of gastric cancer patients after total gastrectomy jejunal interposition operation gastric digestive tract reconstruction works. Method： 46 patients with gastric cancer implemented the total gastric resection in our hospital in recent years were selected and analyzed， and were divided into observation group 23 cases and control group 23 cases according to random number table， observation group adopted the jejunum stomach digestive tract reconstruction treatment， control group was treated with conventional method， compared therapeutic effect of two groups.
