肥胖2型糖尿病患者应用穴位埋线治疗效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究穴位埋?治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者的临床效果，分析穴位埋线对肥胖2型糖尿病患者的影响。 方法 临床纳入我院2014年5月～2015年10月期间收治的120例肥胖2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为两组各60例。其中60例患者采用糖尿病基础治疗以及饮食控制治疗作为对照组，另60例患者在上述基础上给予穴位埋线治疗作为观察组。观察两组患者治疗前后治疗效果、一般资料以及临床各指标等变化情况。 结果 观察组治疗总有效率高达96.67%，明显高于对照组的81.67%（P0.05）；治疗后观察组上述指标均明显小于对照组（P0.05）；治疗后两组患者TG、LDL-C以及HDL-C水平仍无差异（P0.05），而观察组FPG、2hPBG、HbAlC、C肽以及TC水平均小于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 穴位埋线对肥胖2型糖尿病患者治疗效果较好，明显减轻患者体重，改善血糖及胆固醇水平，值得临床应用及推广。 　　[关键词] 肥胖；2型糖尿病；穴位埋线；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）13-170-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of catgut implantation at Acupoint on obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus， and to analyze the impact of catgut implantation at Acupoint on obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 120 obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus cured in our hospital from May 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the study object. According to random digital table method， they were divided into two groups with 60 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with diabetic basal treatment and diet control treatment， and patients in observation group were treated with catgut implantation at Acupoint on the basis of control group. The therapeutic effect， general data and clinical indexes before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%， higher than that of the control group with 81.67%， P0.05. After treatment， the indexes in the observation group were significantly smaller than those in the control group， P0.05. There was no difference in TG， LDL-C and HDL-C levels between the two groups after treatment， P0.05. The levels of FPG， 2hPBG， HbAlC， C， and TC in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group， P0.05. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy is better for obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
