胫骨后外侧平台塌陷骨折行外后侧弧形切口双肌间隙入路手术临床分析 　　【摘要】 目的：研究外后侧弧形切口双肌间隙入路手术对胫骨后外侧平台塌陷骨折患者的治疗作用。方法：从本院接诊的胫骨骨折患者中随机抽取50例行外后侧弧形切口双肌间隙入路术治疗。通过胭肌、胫前肌和比目鱼肌间隙分别显露胫骨后外侧髁和前外侧髁，对复位骨折采用T型钢板进行固定。手术后，对患者的痛苦等级进行评定，并按照相关医学规定对患者的膝关节功能进行评定。结果：经过临床干预后，观察组患者的疼痛症状均有好转，治疗前后统计数据差异明显。患者的膝关节功能基本达到正常水平，患者康复率为84.0%。结论：外后侧弧形切口双肌间隙入路手术治疗时间短，见效快，安全性高，且副作用少，能够有效减少患者的痛苦，对提高患者满意度有着重要意义，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 胫骨骨折； 平台塌陷； 双肌间隙入路术 　　Clinical Analysis of Posterolateral Plateau Fractures for the Outer Rear Side Arc Incision Double Muscle Gap Approach Operation/LIU Kai.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（08）：124-125 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To research the therapeutic effect of outer rear side arc incision double muscle gap approach operation on tibia platform fracture patients after lateral collapse.Method： 50 cases of tibia fracture patients of our hospital admissions were randomly extracted and were given the treatment of outer rear side arc incision double muscle gap approach surgery.Posterior tibial lateral condyle of tibia and the anterior lateral condyle were revealed through the popliteal muscle， tibialis anterior muscle and soleus muscle clearance，reduction of fracture were fixed by T type steel plate. The pain of the patient level was evaluated and the knee joint function of patients were evaluated according to the relevant provisions of Medicine After the operation.Result：Pain symptoms of patients in the observation group were improved after clinical intervention， the differences of statistical data before and after treatment were obvious. Knee joint function of patients were basically reach the normal level，recovery rate of the patients was 84%.Conclusion：Surgical treatment time of the outer rear side arc incision double muscle gap approach is short，with quick effect， high safety and less side effects.It can effectively reduce the suffering of patients and has important meaning to improve the satisfaction of patients，which is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 Fracture of tibia； Platform collapse； D
