胰岛素不同给药方法对儿童1型糖尿病临床疗效 　　[摘要] 目的 探究胰岛素不同给药方式对儿童1型糖尿病的临床疗效。 方法 择取该院2012年1月―2015年1月收治的1型糖尿病患儿40例作为该的研究对象，按照入院治疗的顺序进行分组，共分为常规组与实验组两组，每组患儿均占20例。对两组患儿均给予适量的胰岛素进行治疗，其中常规组采取分次皮下注射，实验组采取胰岛素泵持续皮下注射，比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。 结果 两组患儿的血糖达标时间差异显著（P0.05）；两组患儿的胰岛素用量差异显著（P0.05）。 结论 对1型糖尿病患儿给予胰岛素治疗时，应优先考虑采取持续皮下注射的给药方式，可有效控制患儿血糖，获得最佳的临床疗效。 　　[关键词] 1型糖尿病；儿童；胰岛素；给药方法 　　[中图分类号] R725 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）03（b）-0049-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the different dosage of insulin on the clinical curative effect of children with type 1 diabetes. Methods Will pick our hospital in January 2012 - January 2015， 40 cases in children with type 1 diabetes as the research object， according to the order of the hospitalized group， which is divided into normal group and experimental group two groups， each group of children are accounted for 20 cases. Were performed on two groups of children with the right amount of insulin treatment， including conventional group to divide second subcutaneous injections， the experimental group adopted continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump， to compare the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups of children. Results Two groups of children with blood glucose control is at the time of significant difference （P 0.05）； Two groups of children with insulin dosage significant difference （P0.05）. Conclusion To give insulin treatment in children with type 1 diabetes， priority should be given to adopt the mode of continuous subcutaneous injection dosage， can effectively control blood sugar， children get the best clinical efficacy. 　　[Key words] Type 1 diabetes； Children； Insulin； Dosing method 　　1型糖尿病（TIDM）是儿童内分泌科较为普遍的一类临床疾病[1]，其具有起病急、病情重等特点，若不及时采取科学有效的方法进行诊断与治疗，将会延误患儿病情，造成非常严重的后果。通常情况下，临床上推荐采用胰岛素进行疾病治疗，该治疗方式是控制患儿血糖的有效措施，可明显降低各种并发症的发生率，目前给予胰岛素治疗时包括分次皮下注射与持续皮下注射两种给药方式[2]，为此，该研究回顾性分析了该院2012年1月―2015年1月收治的40例1型糖尿病患儿的临床资料，并分别采取两种不同的胰岛素给药方式进行治疗，探讨最佳的给药方式，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　选取该院收治的1型糖尿病患儿40例作为该的研究对象，两组患儿入院后均进行临床常规诊断后疾病被确诊，均符合1型糖尿病的判定标准。 　　按照入院治疗的
