胰岛素泵与多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗对老年糖尿病患者围手术期应用效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析针对老年糖尿病患者围术期采用胰岛素泵与多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗的临床效果。方法：选取于本院接受老年糖尿病手术的患者90例，根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各45例。对照组给予多次皮下注射胰?u素治疗，观察组则给予胰岛素泵治疗，对比围术期的血糖变化情况、术前血糖控制达标时间、胰岛素用量、平均住院时间、术后拆线时间以及术后并发症。结果：观察组患者围术期血糖控制良好，术后空腹血糖指标显著优于对照组，术前血糖控制达标时间、胰岛素用量、平均住院时间、术后拆线时间等指标均优于对照组，且观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：胰岛素泵对于老年糖尿病患者围术期血糖控制有较为显著的效果，减少并发症，促进患者康复，缩短住院时间，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 老年糖尿病； 围手术期； 胰岛素泵； 皮下注射胰岛素 　　Effect of Insulin Pump and Multiple Subcutaneous Insulin Treatments on the Perioperative Period of Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus/LIU Aihua，GAO Guandou.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15（07）：039-042 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of insulin pump and multiple subcutaneous insulin in perioperative period in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Method：90 cases of elderly diabetic patients in our hospital were selected，they were divided into observation group and the control group according the randomly number table，45 cases in each group.The control group received multiple subcutaneous insulin injections while the observation group received insulin pump.The changes of perioperative blood glucose，preoperative glycemic control time， insulin dosage， average length of hospital stay， postoperative stitching time and postoperative complications disease of two groups were compared.Result：The perioperative blood glucose control was good in the observation group.The postoperative fasting blood glucose index in observation group was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.The preoperative glycemic control time， the amount of insulin， the average length of hospital stay，postoperative stool removal time and other indicators in observation group were significantly better than those of control group， and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Insulin pump has a significant effect on perioperative blood glucose control in elderl
