苦参散联合LEEP刀治疗宫颈慢性炎症病变临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的：观察自主开发研制的苦参散的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择符合入选标准的宫颈慢性炎症病变患者80例，随机分为试验组（50例）和对照组（30例），其中试验组在常规行宫颈LEEP术后，以苦参散喷敷宫颈表面；对照组单用LEEP术治疗。两组都连续观察随访5周，并于不同时期进行宫颈炎症评分，比较临床疗效。结果：试验组的临床疗效优于对照组，其创面愈合时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论：苦参散能明显减少LEEP术后异常带下及出血，促进宫颈创面愈合，缩短病程。 　　[关键词] 苦参散；局部治疗；宫颈炎症病变；创面愈合 　　[中图分类号] R711.32[文献标识码]A [文章编号]1673-7210（2009）05（b）-027-02 　　 　　Combined therapy of Kushen Powder with LEEP knife minimally invasive method for treating chronic inflammatory disease of cervix 　　HE Liya1, LI Liqiang2, CHEN Huilan1, LIU Guiying1, CHEN Guangfeng3, WANG Yongxiao1, LIANG Qifen1 　　(1.Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zhaoqing City, Zhaoqing 526020, China; 2.Department of Second Branch of Internal Medicine, Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zhaoqing City, Zhaoqing 526020, China; 3.Department of Pathology, Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zhaoqing City, Zhaoqing 526020, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Kushen Powder developed by ourselves. Methods: 80 patients who were accordant with the standards of chronic inflammatory diseases of cervix were divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (30 cases). In addition to LEEP knife treatment of cervix, the treatment group was also treated with Kushen Powder by spraying on the surface of cervix. The patients in control group accepted LEEP knife treatment only. Then scores for the degree of inflammation at different stages in two groups were evaluated, and the clinical efficacy was also compared. Results: The treatment group had better clinical efficacy, and time of wound healing was shorter than control group (P0.01).
