胺碘酮治疗风湿性心脏病快速心房颤动临床价值评估 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨风湿性心脏病快速心房颤动临床中胺碘酮的应用价值。 方法 整群选取2013年1月―2014年6月期间在该院接诊的56例风湿性心脏病快速心房颤动患者，其接受胺碘酮治疗，设为观察组。回顾性分析同期在该院接诊的55例风湿性心脏病快速心房颤动患者的临床资料，其接受常规临床治疗，设为对照组，两组患者接受不同的临床治疗，对比临床疗效。 结果 在接受不同治疗情况下，两组患者转复窦性心律率对比，观察组为89.28 %，对照组为72.72 %，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组患者左房内径大小、心室率对比，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 在风湿性心脏病快速心房颤动的临床治疗过程中，胺碘酮能够有效控制心力衰竭，有利于转复房颤，安全性较高，值得临床推广和应用。 　　[关键词] 胺碘酮；风湿性心脏病；快速心房颤动；临床价值；评估 　　[中图分类号] R58 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）09（b）-0116-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Amiodarone in treatment of rheumatic heart disease atrial fibrillation. Methods Selected 56 cases of hospital admissions of patients from 2013 January to 2014 June with rheumatic heart disease， atrial fibrillation， its acceptance amiodarone treatment， observation group. Retrospective analysis of hospital admissions in the same period 55 cases of rheumatic heart disease in patients with atrial fibrillation clinical data， which received routine clinical treatment， to the control group， patients received different clinical treatment， compared to clinical efficacy. Results Receive different treatment in the case of two groups of patients sinus rhythm rate compared to 89.28% in the observation group， the control group was 72.72%， significantly different， statistically significant （P0.05）. Two groups of patients with left atrial size， ventricular rate comparison， the differences are large， statistically significant （P0.05）.
