解脲支原体沙眼衣原体单独及合并感染对男性不育症患者精液参数影响 　　【摘要】目的探究解脲支原体（UU）、沙眼衣原体（CT）单独及合并感染对男性精液参数及精子功能的影响。 　　方法通过CTDNA、UUDNA荧光定量PCR检测精液CT、UU感染情况，根据检测结果分为CT阳性组、UU阳性组、CT+UU阳性组和阴性对照组。以精子活力、前向运动（a+b）%、精子浓度、精液量、精子的正常形态百分比、肿胀存活率、圆细胞数为观察指标，比较各组精液质量和精子功能的差异。 　　结果UU阳性组、CT阳性组、UU+CT阳性组的精液参数优于阴性对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），UU+CT阳性组的精子活力、前向运动、肿胀存活率与UU阳性组、CT阳性组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 　　结论UU、CT单独及合并感染对男性精液参数及精子功能有影响，CT合并UU感染对精液质量的影响可能存在叠加作用。 　　【关键词】 解脲支原体；沙眼衣原体；精液参数 　　中图分类号：R698.2 文献标识码：ADOI：10.3969/j.issn2017.05.013 　　Influence of UU and CT alone and combined infection on semenparameters in male infertility patients 　　[HJ2][HJ] 　　DENG Guoming，XU Peng，LI Guangzhi 　　（Department of Laboratory，Liuzhou People’s Hospital，Liuzhou 545006，China） 　　[HJ2][HJ] 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of Ureaplasma urealyticum（UU）and Chlamydia trachomatis（CT）alone and combined infection on semen parameters and sperm function in male. 　　MethodsThe infection of CT and UU was detected by CTDNA and UUDNA quantitative PCR，and patients were divided into CT positive group，UU positive group，CT+UU positive group and negative control group according to the test results.Sperm motility，forward movement（a+b）%，sperm concentration，semen volume，percentage of normal morphology of sperm，swelling survival rate，and the number of oval cells were taken as observation indexes to compare semen quality and sperm function between the two groups. 　　ResultsSemen parameters among the CT positive group，the UU positive group and the CT+UU positive group were better than those of the negative control group，difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The difference of sperm motility，forward movement and swelling survival rate between the UU positive group，the CT+UU positive group and the negative control group was statistically significant（P0.05）. 　　ConclusionCT and UU alone and combined infection may have influence on male semen parameters and sperm function，and the effect of CT and UU infection on semen quality may be su
