Conclusion: Surgical and conservative treatment of adult liver hemangioma Although no clear difference in mortality, but the two groups in complication rate, clinical remission rate significantly different, suggesting that conservative treatment of hepatic hemangioma good effect. Because this system for non-randomized cohort study evaluating the system of sick leave, and the experiment included the number of columns and the disease called small measure with the possibility of bias, and therefore affect the strength of these conclusions. To determine the invasive and noninvasive treatment of adults with liver hemangioma, high-quality RCT still need to conduct more tests.
