华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract Team Innovation Behavior has become a vital foundation for the team to gain competitive advantage and to capture competitive opportunities, and the Transformational Leadership has been a key contextual factor which influences Team Innovation Behavior. Therefore, the study of how Transformational Leadership influences Team Innovation Behavior as well as the inherent mechanism is a theoretical and practical problem that demands to be solved in the near future. Focusing on the above assumption, this research chooses Team Climate for Innovation and Psychological Empowerment as mediator variable, analyzes how Transformational Leadership influences Team Innovation Behavior, and whether Transformational Leadership influences Team Innovation Behavior directly or indirectly through the mediating force of Team Climate for Innovation and Psychological Empowerment，and whether Psychological Empowerment influences the Team Climate for Innovation。This research is based on a sample of 397 valid samples from over 10 companies in Wuhan. The final results of my research are as follows: Transformational Leadership can have the strong impact on the Team Innovation Behavior, and this impact mostly comes from the Charismatic Leadership, Personalized Care and Vision of Incentives aspects. Transformational Leadership can predict the Team Climate for Innovation significantly. The Team Climate for Innovation can predict the Team Innovation Behavior significantly. Transformational Leadership can have the strong impact on the Psychological Empowerment. III III The Psychological Empowerment can predict the Team Innovation Behavior significantly.
