解聚素金属蛋白酶在自身免疫性关节炎中表达及与疾病活动相关性研究 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨解聚素金属蛋白酶家族是否参与了自身免疫性关节炎的发病过程。方法：检测自身免疫性关节炎患者外周血单个核细胞中解聚素金属蛋白酶的表达，与疾病的炎症活动指标及标志性抗体进行相关分析，关节炎类型包括类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮关节炎和其他结缔组织病关节炎。结果：与健康对照者相比，解聚素金属蛋白酶在类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮关节炎和其他结缔组织病关节炎中均升高，疾病的活动性指标具有相关性。结论：解聚素金属蛋白酶家族参与了自身免疫性关节炎的发病。 　　【关键词】 关节炎，自身免疫性；解聚素金属蛋白酶；ADAM8；ADAM15；ADAM19；疾病活动；相关性 　　On the Expression of Disintegrin Metalloproteinases in Autoimmune Arthritis and Its Correlation with Disease Activity 　　WU Jing，DENG Jia-xin，QU Yuan，ZHANG Yu-ping，JIANG Zhen-lan，YU Qing-hong 　　【ABSTRACT】Objective：To study the expression of disintegrin metalloproteinases in autoimmune arthritis and its correlation with disease activity.Methods：The expression of disintegrin metalloproteinases in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with autoimmune arthritis was detected and its correlation with the inflammatory activity index and marked antibody was analyzed.The arthritis includes rheumatoid arthritis，systemic lupus erythematosus arthritis and other connective tissue disease arthritis.Results：Compared with the healthy controls，disintegrin metalloproteinases in the rheumatoid arthritis，systemic lupus erythematosus arthritis and other connective tissue diseases increased，which was associated with disease activity index.Conclusion：The family of disintegrin metalloproteinases involves in the pathogenesis of autoimmune arthritis. 　　【Keywords】 arthritis，autoimmune；disintegrin metalloproteinases；ADAM8；ADAM15；ADAM19；disease activity；correlation 　　自身免疫性?P节炎为自身免疫性疾病的关节损害，症状包括关节疼痛、红肿、僵硬及受影响关节功能障碍，典型的自身免疫性关节炎包括类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）、系统性红斑狼疮关节炎（systemic lupus erythematosus arthritis，SLEa）和结缔组织病关节炎（connective tissue diseases arthritis，CTDa）。自身免疫性关节炎的发病机制仍然未完全清楚，但多项研究都表明基质金属蛋白酶参与了自身免疫性关节炎的发病。因此探究金属蛋白酶的新家庭成员――解聚素金属蛋白酶（A disintegrin and metalloproteinase，ADAMs）是否参与该类疾病的发病机制具有重要意义。ADAM8可以被软骨细胞合成，重组的ADAM8可以诱导软骨代谢[1]。RA患者关节滑液中性粒细胞ADAM8的表达增高，而且滑液中性粒细胞ADAM8的表达和关节炎症的程度具有相关性[2]，并且ADAM8也参与气道高反应性过敏反应及哮 　　喘[3]。这些研究都提示，ADAM8通过炎症反应通路参与多种炎症性疾病。ADAM15则主要
