5 5 Research on Benxi City Gold Social Security project Abstract Along with the information technology, especially the rapid development of network technology, electronic government affairs emerge as the times require last century. The development of E-government in China started from the gold project. As a national project of electronic government affairs Twelve Gold of Gold Social Security project, in which after nearly ten years of development, the establishing of human resources and social security ministry, added new connotation, new task, also brought new challenge to Gold Social Security project. With the development of human resource and social security career, information construction work is playing a more and more important role, become the indispensable support means in carrying out the work and a solid foundation for the development. How to use the advanced information technology develops Gold Social Security project construction, make its healthy and sustainable development? How does human resources and social security information construction provide the community convenient and efficient service better? How to better promote the human resources and social security of the good and fast development? These problems are worth people thinking about.
