It has the advantage of the ordinary belt conveyors and has the advantage of sharp inclination transportation, three-dimensional curve, sealed transportation and prevented the conveyor belt reverses. At present, this kind of belt conveyor is not produced in china, the research to it is much little and simple like the transportation mechanism 、 line collocation etc. Therefore, the article has conducted more thorough research to dynamic characteristic of the flat-pipe conveyor and can build a better foundation for the study and development of this kind of new belt conveyor. It is mainly the mechanics characteristic of conveyer belt that affect the dynamic characteristic of belt conveyor, so the article firstly studies it and establishes the dynamic model of conveyer belt—vogit model, then puts forward the methods of confirming this model’s parameters. The dynamic equation of the discrete model and the successive model of flat-pipe belt conveyor has educed. Commencing the mechanics of flat-pipe belt conveyor, the article deduces the dynamic equation of the successive model of flat-pipe belt conveyor through analysis of geometry equation and physics equation of this kind of belt conveyor. For the disadvantages of this equation, the article has mainly researched the dynamic equation of the discrete model. Above all the discrete model of several components and the dynamic equation of this conveyor have been founded, then concluded the dynamic equation of the discrete model of the system, lastly analyzed the solution of this equation. On the one hand,the simulation software—AMESim has graphical interface and complete applied modules and strong functions of analysis and compute of dynamic characteristic, on the other hand, considering the trait of the discrete model of flat-pipe belt conveyor, so the article selects AMESim as sim
