补佳乐联合全面护理干预模式用于中期引产后乳胀患者临床研究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨补佳乐联合全面护理干预模式对中期引产后乳胀患者的临床效果。方法 选择2015年12月～2016年12月在我院接受治疗的87例中期引产后乳胀患者为研究对象，采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组，其中，观察组44例；对照组43例。各观察组患者使用补佳乐联合全面护理干预，对照组患者引产后服用补佳乐并进行常规护理，比较两组患者的临床效果。?Y果 观察组患者引产后第4、7天的的VAS评分及乳房硬度明显均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 补佳乐联合全面护理干预模式用于中期引产后乳胀患者能够有效缓解患者的疼痛程度，降低乳房硬度，效果显著，值得推广运用。 　　[关键词]补佳乐；全面护理干预；引产；乳胀 　　[中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）04（a）-0165-03 　　Clinical study of prognova combined with comprehensive nursing intervention model in patients with breast swelling after odinopoeia 　　LIU Xu-dong HUANG Xiao-lan LAI Quan-ying 　　Department of Neurology，the People′s Hospital of Xinfeng County in Jiangxi Province，Xinfeng 341600，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of prognova combined with comprehensive nursing intervention model in patients with breast swelling after odinopoeia.Methods 87 patients with breast swelling after odinopoeia from December 2015 to December 2016 of our hospital were selected as study objects.Patients were divided into observation group and control group by using random number table.There were 44 cases in the observation group and 43 cases in control group.The observation group were treated with prognova combined with comprehensive nursing intervention，and the control group were treated with prognova and general nursing after induction of labor.The clinical effect of two groups were compared.Results 4，7 days after odinopoeia，the VAS score and breast hardness in observation group were obvious lower than those in control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Prognova combined with comprehensive nursing intervention model in patients with breast swelling after induction of labor can effectively alleviate the pain of patients，decrease breast hardness，with obvious effect and its worthy of popularizeation and application. 　　[Key words]Prognova；Comprehensive nursing intervention；Odinopoeia；Breast hardnes引产，是指由于母体或胎儿自身发育缺陷等原因，必须要采用人工方式结束
