西格列汀联合门冬胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究西格列汀?合门冬胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病的疗效。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年1月老年2型糖尿病患者76例，随机分两组。单药组单纯予门冬胰岛素进行治疗，联合用药组采取西格列汀联合门冬胰岛素治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率；低血糖、饱胀感、食欲减退的发生率；治疗前和治疗10周后患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体质量指数的差异；治疗前和治疗10周后患者生活质量各项评分的差异。结果 联合用药组患者2型糖尿病治疗总有效率高于单药组（P0.05）；治疗10周后联合用药组血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白、体质量指数改善幅度更大（P0.05）；治疗10周后联合用药组生活质量各项指标评分改善幅度更大（P0.05）。结论 西格列汀联合门冬胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病的疗效确切，可有效改善患者的血糖水平，减少低血糖等并发症的发生，控制体质量增长，还可有效提高患者的生活质量，安全可靠，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 西格列汀；门冬胰岛素；老年2型糖尿病；低血糖；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）07-0099-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the efficacy of serotretine combined with insulin aspart in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 76 patients with elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The single drug group was treated with insulin aspart alone， and the combination group was treated with sitagliptin and insulin aspart. The total effective rate of treatment and the rate hypoglycemia， satiety， anorexia between the two groups of patients with type 2 diabetes were compared.The differences in blood glucose levels， glycosylated hemoglobin， body mass index in patients before and after treatment of 10 weeks were compared. And the differences in the scores of patients quality of life before and after treatment of 10 weeks were compared. Results The total effective rate of type 2 diabetes mellitus in combination group was higher than that of single drug group（P0.05）.The improvement in blood glucose level， glycosylated hemoglobin and body mass index of the combined drugs group were significantly greater than that of the control group（P0.05）.
