北京市农产品流通效率实证研究-产业经济学专业论文.docx

摘 要 随着中国经济发展由粗放式向集约型转变，人们逐渐意识到了流通在国民经 济中的重要地位，流通效率和生产效率的研究也日益重要。北京是一个典型的农 产品销地市场，市民消费的农产品主要来自外地，农产品流通是北京地区农产品 供应最重要的一环。北京市目前拥有 2000 多万常住人口，庞大的消费群体对生 鲜农产品持续旺盛需求给北京市农产品流通体系带来了很大的压力。 本文依据农产品流通理论的现有研究成果，针对北京市农产品流通效率问 题，采用定性与定量的综合分析方法，开展了以提升北京市农产品流通效率为目 的的相关研究。论文主要包含三个方面的工作： 首先，结合数据和图表分析了国内及北京市农产品流通现状，并通过比较研 究，对当前的农产品流通体系和流通效率进行了总结评价；其次，引入衡量农产 品流通效率的指标体系，采集统计年鉴的相关数据计算指标数值，经 KMO 检验和 巴特利球体检验通过后，建立因子分析模型，得到了近 9 年北京市农产品流通效 率的变动趋势；最后，基于上述研究成果，同时结合美国等农业现代化国家农产 品流通业发展的相关经验，在流通模式、农业合作组织、创意农业、批发市场建 设等方面提出了政策建议。 关键词：农产品流通模式，流通效率，因子分析法 Abstract With Chinese economic development mode transforming from extension style to intension style, the public gradually come to realize the important position of circulation and researches on circulation and production efficiency are getting more and more significant. Beijing is a typical downstream place of sale of agricultural products, the major of agricultural products consumed by Beijing citizens comes from other places outside Beijing. Apparently, circulation is a key node of the supply of agricultural products in Beijing. With more than 20 million populations, the sustainable and vigorous demand on agricultural products puts the agricultural products circulation system of Beijing under great pressure. This paper basing on available researches on agricultural products circulation, being aim at agricultural products circulation efficiency of Beijing, employing qualitative and quantitative analysis method, tries to find the strategies of promoting agricultural products circulation efficiency of Beijing. The main parts are as follows. The first part analyzes the status quo of agricultural products circulation in China and Beijing with data, graph and charts. The second part introduces the evaluation index system of agricultural products circulation efficiency, then doing factor analysis with SPSS software with data in Beijing Statistical Yearbook of 2005-2013 after Kaiser-meyer-olkin and Bartlett sphere test.
