角蛋白裂解法治疗亚临床阶段人乳头瘤病毒感染临床试验研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨角蛋白裂解法治疗亚临床阶段人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床效果。 方法 自行配置药物治疗亚临床阶段人乳头瘤病毒感染尖锐湿疣患者31例，涂擦整个外阴表皮和肛周表皮，每周记录皮损情况，并记录是否有病理复发情况。同时在皮肤的第二个增殖周期是做HPV-DNA-PCR检查，并记录检查的结果。 结果 31例患者在用药过程中，在一个皮肤增殖周期内有约20例复发，在第一个皮肤增殖周期中未见有疣体长出皮肤表面。HPV-DNA-PCR、阴性率为35.5%。第二个周期是为74.2%。第三个周期时为80.6%。仍然约有20%的病理查出HPV-DNA阳性，但是未见有疣体长出。在检验出的DNA分型中其中HPV6型阳性率最高，HPV6，HPV11，HPV42，HPV18，HPV52，HPV56这六种DNA分型出现约95%的概率。 结论 本法治疗亚临床阶段人乳头瘤病毒感染效果良好，副作用小。 　　[关键词] 角蛋白；角蛋白相关中间丝聚合蛋白；人乳头瘤病毒；过氧二酰胺；乙酸；甘油 　　[中图分类号] R285 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）17-181-04 　　Clinical experimental study of keratin lysis method treatment of human papillomavirus infection duiring subclinical stage 　　LIU Yonghao WANG Yuling YAO Yong XIAO Fenghua 　　Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，Linyi 276002，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of keratin lysis method in the treatment of human papillomavirus infection duiring subclinical stage. Methods 31 patients with condyloma acuminatum，who were infected by human papillomavirus duiring subclinical stage，were treated with drugs made by oneself，were embrocate on the whole vulvar epithelium and perianal epithelium.To record the skin lesions situation every week，and to record the situation of pathological recurrence or not.At the same time to make HPV-DNA-PCR inspection on skin during the second proliferation cycle，and to record examination results. Results The process of medication on the 31 patients，there were approximately 20 cases recurrence in every skin proliferation cycle.The HPV-DNA-PCR negative rate was 35.5% during the first skin proliferation cycle without wart outgrown on skin surface，which was 74.2% during the second cycle，and which was 80.6% during the third cycle with 20% of positive pathological without wart outgrown.The highest positive rate was HPV6 of all the docimastic DNA typing，the 95% probability appearance on the six type of DNA were HPV6，HPV11，HPV42，HPV18，HPV52，HPV56.
