The aviation manufacturing industry can promote the technical upgrading of related industries, and at the same time has a strong role in promoting the development of the national economy. New changes in knowledge, technology and market make the aviation manufacturing enterprises in china facing opportunities and challenges in some aspects such as organization structure change. Organizational change can optimize and upgrade the enterprises operational mechanism and method and so on, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of staffs, coordinate the relationship between the departments, and provide the superior carrier for technology innovation and other innovative ways. So aviation manufacturing enterprises should place organizational change and technological innovation in the same important position, actively carry out organizational change activities, form enterprises core competitive capacity, and achieve the enterprises development and progress. Based on the theoretical study about the meaning of the organizational change, organizational change influencing factors at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the organizational status of Dongan Machine and Electric Manufacture Corporation Limited from four aspects, which are strategy, structure, process, institution. After the adjustment of product structure, Dongan Machine and Electric Manufacture Corporation Limited orientates the strategy to become a specialized manufacturer of high-tech products such as high-end gear pump, high precision tube products and so on, and adjusts the companys organizational structure to the mode, which has six sectors, one office and three workshops, strengthens the construction of system
