超声影像检查在妇产科急腹症临床诊断中应用 　　[摘要]目的 探讨超声影像学检查技术在妇产科急腹症临床诊断中的应用价值，进一步为临床诊治提供参考依据。方法 选取2014年6月～2016年6月来我院妇产科收治的80例急腹症患者作为研究对象，所有患者应用超声进行诊断，并与其病理确诊结果进行比较，计算其临床确诊率。结果 超声诊断结果显示，卵巢囊肿破裂出血5例、卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转5例、黄体破裂3例、流产11例、子宫穿孔2例、前置胎盘18例等病症诊断准确率均为100.0%，而6例急性盆腔炎患者中1例误诊（急性阑尾炎），30例异位妊娠患者中1例误诊（附件肿瘤）。超声诊断80例妇产科急腹症患者的准确率为97.5%（78/80）。结论 超声技术在诊断疾病领域方面已经取得一定成果，操作方便快速、无创、诊断确诊率高，临床意义突出，尤其在妇产科急腹症中的诊断价值具有重要意义。 　　[关键词]超声；诊断；急腹症；妇产科 　　[中图分类号] R656.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）05（c）-0066-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasonic image examination technology in clinical diagnosis of acute abdomen in department of gynaecology and obstetrics.Methods Eighty patients with acute abdomen admitted into our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as subjects.All patients were diagnosed by ultrasonography and its results was compared with pathological diagnosis.The clinical diagnosis rate was counted.Results The diagnostic results of ultrasound for 80 patients with acute abdomen showed that there were 5 cases of rupture and bleeding of ovarian cyst，5 cases of torsion of the pedicle of ovarian cyst，3 cases of corpus luteum rupture，11 cases of abortion，2 cases of perforation of uterus，18 cases of placenta previa，and the accuracy rate of diagnosis for the above-mentioned disease were 100.0%.Among 6 cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease，1 case （acute appendicitis） was misdiagnosed.and among 30 cases of ectopic pregnancy，1 case （adnexal tumor） was misdiagnosed.The accuracy of ultrasound diagnosing 80 patients with acute abdomen was 97.5%（78/80）.Conclusion Ultrasonography technology has made certain achievements in the field of diagnosis of diseases.It is convenient and fast，noninvasive，having high diagnostic rate and clinical significance，especially in the diagnosis of acute abdomen of obstetrics and gynecology. 　　[Key words]Ultrasound；Diagnosis；Acute abdomen；Department of obstetrics and gynecology 　　急剧的病理变化在腹腔、盆腔以及腹膜后组织中发生时，常起病急、发展快、病情复杂多变、病情重，是急腹症的一种综合表现
