超声心动图对肥厚型心肌病诊断价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探?超声心动图对肥厚型心肌病的诊断价值。 方法 选择我院2012年3月～2017年9月确诊的76例肥厚型心肌病及76例健康人群分别作为研究组和对照组，对其超声心动图特点进行回顾性分析。研究组患者进行24 h动态心电图检查，分析比较梗阻性肥厚型心肌病与非梗阻性肥厚型心肌病心律失常情况。 结果 研究组与对照组在左室舒张末径（LVIDd）、左室收缩末径（LVISd）方面比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05），在室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度、左房前后径方面比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；梗阻性和非梗阻性肥厚型心肌病在心律失常方面差异有统计学意义（P0.05），梗阻性较非梗阻性肥厚型心肌病更容易出现心律失常，以房性、室性心律失常常见。 结论 超声心动图操作简便且无创伤，可以快速地对肥厚型心肌病做出诊断及分型，为临床的诊治提供快速而准确的依据。 　　[关键词] 心脏彩超；肥厚型心肌病；心电图；心律失常 　　[中图分类号] R445.1；R542.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2018）08-0104-04 　　The value of echocardiography in diagnosis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy 　　MENG Yingying1 MA Zhen2 　　1.Department of Ultrasound， Jiangbin Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region， Nanning 530021， China； 2.Department of Ultrasound， the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Nanning 530023， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of echocardiography in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Methods 76 cases of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and 76 cases of healthy people diagnosed in our hospital from March 2012 to September 2017 were selected as the study group and the control group respectively. The characteristics of echocardiography were analyzed retrospectively. The patients in the study group were examined by 24 hours ambulatory electrocardiogram， and the arrhythmias of obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were analyzed and compared. Results There was no significant difference in left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVIDd） and left ventricular end-systolic diameter（LVISd） between the study group and the control group（P0.05）. There were significant differences in the thickness of ventricular septum， the thickness of posterior wall of left ventricle and the anterior and posterior diameter of left atrium（P0.05）.
