超声心动图评价妊娠高血压综合征患者左心功能价值 　　摘 要 目的：探讨超声心动图在评价妊娠高血压综合征（妊高征）患者左心功能中的价值。方法：选取2011年1月至2013年10月妊高征患者60例和正常孕妇60例，采用超声心动图检测左心参数，计算左心室Tei指数、左房容积指数（LAVI），并将两组心率（HR）、左室射血分数（EF）、左心室Tei指数、LAVI、二尖瓣口的舒张早期血流最大峰（E）值、舒张晚期血流最大峰（A）值及E/A比值进行比较。结果：妊高征患者的LAVI增加明显，二尖瓣口血流E峰降低，A峰增加，E/A比值降低，与正常孕妇比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：妊高征患者左心室功能因心肌损害程度及发病时间不同而有不同程度的降低，对妊高征患者及时进行超声心动图检查，可监测其左心功能，预防心力衰竭发生。 　　关键词 妊娠高血压综合征 心室功能 Tei指数 左房容积指数 　　中图分类号：R540.4+5/R544.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2014）16-0020-02 　　The value of the echocardiography in evaluation of the left heart function of the patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension 　　FAN Hongrong， XIONG Wei， HE Biyuan 　　（Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Changning District， Shanghai 200051， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To study the value of the echocardiography in evaluation of the left heart function of the patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension （PIH）. Methods： From Jan. 2011 to Oct. 2013， 60 PIH patients and 60 normotensive pregnant women were selected. The echocardiography was used to detect the left ventricular parameters， and calculate the left ventricular Tei index， and left atrial volume index （LAVI）. The heart rate （HR）， left ventricular ejection fraction， left ventricular Tei-index， LAVI， the values including E， and A and the ratio of E/A of the maximum peaks of the early and late diastolic blood flow velocities of the mitral valve orifice were compared between two groups. Results： The LAVI， and the peak of A increased and the peak of E and the ratio of E/A decreased in the PIH group， which there were the statistical differences compared with in the normotensive group （P0.05）. Conclusion： The ventricular function of the PIH patients decreased in different degrees with the extent of myocardial damage and its occurrence time. The PIH patients are examined with the echocardiography timely which can monitor the left ventricular function and prevent the occurrence of the heart failure. 　　KEY WORDS pregnancy-induced hypertension； ventricular
