超声技术在吸脂术后恢复中作用研究 　　[摘要]目的：探究超声技术在吸脂术后恢复中的作用。方法：将674例行肿胀吸脂术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组358例，对照组316例，观察组术后行超声治疗，而对照组不做任何处理，对比2组患者脂肪抽吸总量、肿胀消退时间、瘀斑消退时间和瘢痕软化时间、并发症发生率、肢体周径和脂肪厚度变化之间的差异。结果：与对照组相比，吸脂术后给予患者超声治疗，患者脂肪抽吸总量明显增加，而肿胀消退时间、瘀斑消退时间和瘢痕软化时间明显缩短，肢体周径和脂肪厚度变化增加，且并发症的发生率明显降低，各指标之间的差异均具有统计学意义（均P0.01）。结论：吸脂术后行超声治疗有助于患者术后康复，是对脂肪抽吸术后康复治疗的安全有效的辅助方法，值得在临床推广。 　　[关键词]吸脂；恢复；超声治疗 　　[中图分类号]R622 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2015）11-0011-03 　　Abstract： Objective To explore the functional role of ultrasound technology in liposuction postoperative recovery. Methods 674 patients receiving routine swelling liposuction were randomly divided into observation group and control group，358 cases for observation group，while 316 cases for the control group，and the observation group were given ultrasonic treatment after liposuction，and the control group were given no treatment.The total amount of fat sucked， and the time for swelling and ecchymosis to dissipate，time for scar blotchy to soften，variance of body size and fat thickness and rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group， patients received ultrasound treatment after liposuction got more fat suction， and the time for swelling and ecchymosis to dissipate， time for scar blotchy to soften were all significantly decreased，and the variance of body size and fat thickness were also greater，and the rate of complications was significantly lower，with P0.01 for each index. Conclusion Ultrasonic therapy plays a helpful role in post-liposuction rehabilitation，and can serve as a supplementary method for postoperative rehabilitation treatment and is worthy popularizing in clinical. 　　Key words：liposuction；rehabilitation；ultrasound technology 　　闭式吸脂术自1977年报道以来，已成为整形外科常用的手术之一[1]。但术后患者常出现瘀斑、感染、血肿、皮肤坏死、热损伤和血管损伤等并发症，恢复常需3～6个月或更长的时间，且需要加压等治疗，严重影响患者术后康复及手术效果[2]。体外超声已被证明可通过热效应，刺激组织愈合，缓解疼痛等促进患者康复，其疗效、安全性及可操作性经过大量临床实践验证[3]。笔者所在科室自2006年来对吸脂患者术后进行超声治疗，发现患者肿胀消退、血清肿的发生率减少、恢复时间缩短，超声治疗可明显促进患者康复，效果满意，现将体会报道如下。 　　1 资料和方法 　　1
