超声检测对颈动脉粥样硬化与冠心病相关性分析 　　 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨超声检测对颈动脉粥样硬化与冠心病的相关性。 方法 将本科室2011年2月~2013年5月收治的130例冠心病患者（试验组）以及70例健康体检者（对照组）均使用彩色超声检测，记录颈动脉内-中膜厚度（IMT），计算斑块积分和斑块检出率，评价斑块严重程度，对得到的结果进行对比分析。 结果 与对照组比较，试验组的IMT、斑块积分、斑块检出率、斑块严重程度显著升高（P＜0.05）。 结论 颈动脉粥样硬化与冠心病之间存在相关性，通过超声检测得到动脉粥样硬化的严重程度，进一步判断冠心病的病情发展程度，有助于进行准确的临床治疗，具有很大价值。 　　[关键词] 颈动脉粥样硬化；冠心病；超声检测；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R730.41[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）05（b）-0041-03 　　 　　Correlation analysis of ultrasonic detection for carotid atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease 　　YUAN Ji-hong 　　Department of Function,Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangjin District in Chongqing City,Chongqing 402260,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the correlation between ultrasonic detection for carotid atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease. Methods 130 patients with coronary heart disease (the experimental group) in our department from February 2011 to May 2013 and 70 healthy subjects (the control group) in our hospital were detected by color ultrasound.The carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT) was recorded,plaque integral and plaque detectable rate were calculated,severity of plaque was evaluated,the results were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,IMT,plaque integral,plaque detectable rate and severity of plaque in the experimental group increased obviously (P0.05). Conclusion There is a correlation between carotid artery atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease,getting the severity of carotid atherosclerosis by ultrasound detection to further judge the disease condition degree of development of coronary heart disease contributes to the clinical treatment of accurate,and it has great value. 　　[Key words] Carotid atherosclerosis;Coronary heart disease;Ultrasonic detection;Correlation 　　心血管疾病目前的发病率逐年升高，严重危害人们的健康，冠心病作为一种危害严重的心血管疾病，被人们广泛关注，而颈动脉粥样硬化作为冠心病的主要发病因素，占该病发病人数的90%~95%[1]，通过超声检测无创性得到动脉粥样硬化的严重程度，进一步判断冠心病的病情发展程度，安全可靠。本研究将本科室收治的130例冠心病患者以及70例健康体检者均使用超声检测其颈动脉粥样硬化，分析其与冠心病之间的相关性。 　　1 资料与方法
