超声引导精索阻滞法应用于睾丸摘除及取精术中疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探究超声引导精索阻滞法在睾丸摘除及取精术中的应用效果。方法：回顾性分析2012年2月-2015年4月在本院进行睾丸摘除及取精术患者（62例）的临床资料，按治疗方法分为研究组和对照组，研究组32例，对照组30例。对两组患者麻醉阻滞成功率、术中和术后并发症情况以及围术期疼痛评分进行比较。结果：研究组患者麻醉阻滞成功率90.62%显著高于对照组的60.00%，差异有统计学意义（ 字2=7.918，P=0.0050.05）；不同时间节点VAS评分比较，研究组患者在术中5 min及术后2、6、12 h均优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：超声引导精索阻滞法在睾丸摘除及取精术中阻滞成功率高，患者并发症较少，围术期内麻醉镇痛效果较好，临床应用价值较高，值得进一步推广使用。 　　【关键词】 超声引导精索阻滞法； 睾丸摘除； 取精术 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of ultrasonic guided spermatic cord block method in the testis removal and sperm extraction.Method：The Date of 62 patients admitted to our hospital for testis removal and sperm extraction from February 2012 to April 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the research group and the control group according to the difference of treatment，32 cases in the research group and 30 cases in the control group.The success rate，complications and postoperative visual analog pain scale（VAS） scores were compared between two groups.Result：The success rate of 90.62% in the research group was significantly higher than 60.00% in the control group，the difference was statistic significant（ 字2=7.918，P=0.0050.05）.The VAS scores in the research group at 5 min and 2，6，12 h postoperative were better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The ultrasonic guided spermatic cord block anesthesia in the testis removal and sperm extraction has a high success rate with fewer complications and better analgesic effect in the perioperative period，it shows a high value in clinical application and is worth to popularize. 　　【Key words】 Ultrasonic guided method for the block of the cord； Testis removal； Sperm extraction 　　First-author’s address：Zhoukou Hospital of TCM，Zhoukou 466000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.12.011 　　在睾丸摘除术中，精索神经阻滞方法是主要采用的一种麻醉方式，但其主要问题在于解剖定位的传统方式采用盲探法进行精索神经阻滞，麻醉方式的成功率较低，存在局麻药误入血管、组织血肿、输精管刺穿等并发症[1]，常改为椎管内麻醉或是全身麻醉。但全麻后，易存在恶心、呕吐、疼痛、康复较慢等不良反应，椎管内麻醉方式存在的问题常
