超声检查在不同病理类型阑尾炎诊断中价值分析 　　[摘要]目的 研究超声检查对不同病理类型阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法 选取2016年1～12月我院收治的100例阑尾炎患者作为研究对象，对不同病理类型的阑尾炎进行术前超声检查，测量阑尾的长度、宽度和阑尾管壁的厚度，通过组间比较分析不同?@尾炎类型之间的超声检查特征。结果 所有阑尾炎患者中，有83例超声检测出患有阑尾炎，超声的诊断成功率为83%，不同类型阑尾炎患者在术前的超声测量阑尾长度比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05），其中急性坏疽性阑尾炎患者的术前测量宽度大于急性单纯性阑尾炎和慢性阑尾炎患者的术前测量宽度，不同病理类型阑尾炎患者在超声表现方面管腔内部的淋巴结肿大和合并包块等方面的差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。对于管壁的层次不清和管腔扩张等方面，三种阑尾炎类型在超声表现方面差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 使用超声检查的方式进行阑尾炎病理类型的检测具有较强的诊断价值，阑尾的宽度对于鉴别急性坏疽性阑尾炎和急性单纯性阑尾炎有着重要的意义，但是超声检查对于急性坏疽性阑尾炎和急性单纯性阑尾炎以及慢性阑尾炎等方面的检测价值非常有限。 　　[关键词]阑尾炎；超声检查；病理学 　　[中图分类号] R445.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）1（c）-0085-03 　　Value analysis of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of different pathological types of appendicitis 　　WU Wei-ke ZHANG You-hong 　　Department of Ultrasound，Meizhou People′s Hospital in Guangdong Province，Meizhou 514031，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of different pathological types of appendicitis.Methods From January to December in 2016，100 appendicitis patients treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects， recruited and received ultrasonography，consisting of 30 simple appendicitis，25 acute gangrenous appendicitis，15 chronic appendicitis，and 30 acute episode of chronic appendicitis.The length，width，and thickness of the wall of the appendix were preoperatively measured by ultrasonic examination，and the characteristics of the ultrasonic examinations among different types of appendicitis were ascertained by inter-group comparisons.Results A total of 83 patients were diagnosed with appendicitis.The success rate of ultrasound diagnosis accounted for 83%.There was no statistical difference in the length of appendix among different types of appendicitis using ultrasonography before surgery （P0.05）.The preoperative width of appendix in the acute gangrenous appendicitis was wider than that in the acute simple appendicitis and chronic appendicitis.In addition，there was no significant difference displayed in lymph node enlargerment or masses acc
