超高度近视合并白内障行超声乳化吸除及人工晶状体植入术疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的:探讨超高度近视眼并发白内障行超声乳化吸除及人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效。方法:表面麻醉下对24例40眼高度近视并发白内障患者行超声乳化吸除及低度数人工晶状体植入术。术后观察患者的裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力、屈光度数和手术并发症。随访6～12个月。结果:术后最佳矫正视力≥0.3者共32眼(80%),其中≥0.5者共24眼(60%)。术后屈光度数偏差值±0.50D共32眼(80%);±0.50D术后屈光度数偏差值±1.00D共8眼(20%)。术中无一例后囊膜破裂。20例患者术后第1天角膜轻中度水肿,4例反应性高眼压,经处理后均在2～7 d内消退。无视网膜和脉络膜脱离者。结论:超高度近视眼并发白内障患者采用超声乳化吸除及人工晶状体植入术治疗,能有效改善患者的视力。 　　[关键词] 超高度近视;白内障;超声乳化;人工晶状体植入术 　　[中图分类号] R778.1+1 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1674-4721(2010)05(b)-020-02 　　 　　The effect of phacoemulsification and low power intraocular lens implantation on super high myopia with cataract 　　FENG Xiaocheng1,ZHANG Liang2 　　(1.Department ofOphthalmology, TCM Hospital of Xinxing County, Guangdong Province, Xinxing527400, China;2.Department ofOphthalmology, the Peoples Hospital of Guangdong Province, Guangzhou510080, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and low power intraocular lens implantation for super high myopia with cataract. Methods: Phacoemulsifiaction and low power intraocular lens implantation were performed on 40 eyes of 24 patients with super high myopia. The uncorrected visual acuity, the best corrected visual acuity, diopter and complications were observed after the operation. The follow up perio was 6~12 months. Results: Postoperative best corrected visual acuity was ≥0.3 in 32 eyes (80%), ≥0.5 in 24 eyes (60%). The deviation value of diopter after the surgery was 0.50D in 32 eyes(80%),more than 0.50D but less than 1.00D in 8 eyes (20%). No posterior capsule rupture occurred;Corneal edema was found in 20 eyes on the first day after the surgery and 4 examples occurred ocularhypertension.It disappeared within 3 to 5 days through management. None of the eyes were found with retinal detachment,choroidal detachment. Conclusion: Phacoemulsifiaction and low powerintra ocular lens implantation can significantly improve visual acuity in patients with super high myopia and cataract. 　　[Key words] Super high myopia; Cata
