责任制护理模式应用于精神科护理效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨责任制护理模式应用于精神科的护理效果。 方法 我院精神科自2014年4月开始在精神科护理工作中应用责任制护理模式，以2013年4月～2014年3月我院精神科未实施责任制护理模式期间收治的50例患者作为实施前研究对象，以2014年4月～2015年3月我院精神科实施责任制护理模式期间收治的50例患者作为实施后研究对象。对比分析实施前后患者对护理工作的满意度、护理质量以及护理差错的发生率。 结果 实施后患者对护理工作的满意度较前有明显的升高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；实施后护理质量较实施前有明显的升高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；而实施后护理差错发生率较实施前明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 责任制护理模式能够有效地提高精神科护理质量，减少护理差错的发生，对于提高患者对护理工作的满意度有重要意义。 　　[关键词] 责任制护理模式；精神科；优质护理 　　[中图分类号] R473.74 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（b）-0184-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the nursing effects of responsibility system nursing mode in psychiatric department. Methods The responsibility system nursing mode was used in nursing work of psychiatric department from April 2014.50 patients from April 2013 to May 2014 of psychiatric department，responsibility system nursing mode did not conduct，were selected as pre-conduct objects，and 50 patients from April 2014 to May 2015 of psychiatric department，responsibility system nursing mode conducted，were selected as post-conduct objects.Before and after conducting，satisfaction that patients to nursing work，nursing quality and the incidence rate of nursing errors in two groups were compared. Results After conducting the responsibility system nursing mode，satisfaction that patients to nursing work increased obviously compared with pre-conduct，and the difference was statistical significance （P0.05）.After conducting the responsibility system nursing mode，the nursing quality increased obviously，and the difference was statistical significance （P0.05）.After conducting the responsibility system nursing mode，the incidence rate of nursing errors decreased obviously compared with pre-conduct，and the difference was statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Responsibility system nursing mode can enhance the nursing quality of psychiatric department effectively，decrease the incidence rate of nursing errors and has important meaning in enhancing the satisfaction that patients to nursing work. 　　[Key
