超声影像彩超诊断在胎盘早剥离中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 研究在诊断胎盘早剥离中采取超声影像彩超检查的临床效果以及应用价值。方法 方便选取该院自2015年11月―2016年11月期间诊治的59例胎盘早剥离患者所有资料，进行回顾性分析，所有患者均予以超声影像彩超诊断，依据患者临床表现、产妇病史、超声影像学图特征实施综合分析，观察胎盘早剥离超声影像彩超诊断符合率，研究新生儿预后以及超声图特征。结果 超声诊断胎盘早剥离符合率77.96%，重度患者超声诊断符合率94.73%高于轻度患者符合率70.00%，超声诊断胎盘早剥离符合率为77.96%，重度患者新生儿Apgar评分（5.82±0.21）分低于轻度患者新生儿Apgar评分（7.89±0.54）分，组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 超声影像彩超诊断内部回声、胎盘位置、胎盘形态、胎盘厚度等进行综合分析，判断子宫壁与胎盘的关系，提升?\断符合率。 　　[关键词] 超声影像彩超诊断；胎盘早剥离；应用效果 　　[中图分类号] R445 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）09（c）-0183-03 　　Application of Ultrasonic Image Color Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Placental Abruption 　　JIA Yan-jie 　　Department of Ultrasound， Hospital Affiliated to Chifeng College， Chifeng， Inner Mongolia， 024000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the clinical effect and application value of ultrasonic image color ultrasound in diagnosis of placental abruption. Results The coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis of placental abruption was 77.96%， and the ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate of severe patients was higher than that of mild patients（94.73% vs 70.00%）， and the coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis of placental abruption was 77.96%， and the newborns Apgar score of severe patients was lower than that of mild patients， [（5.82±0.21）points vs （7.89±0.54）points]， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
