运用品管圈方法减少Holter检查结果干扰率分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析Holter检查结果干扰率出现比率大的原因，探讨减少Holter检查结果干扰率的方法。 方法 前瞻性调查分析航空总医院行Holter检查患者1002例，运用柏拉图分析法结合鱼骨图解析，找出Holter检查结果干扰率出现比率大的主要原因，针对要因宣教并调整操作方案，采用自身前后对照法，比较干预前后Holter检查结果的干扰率。 结果 改进措施实施后，Holter检查结果干扰率呈现明显下降，由干预前8.2%降至干预后3.2%，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。结论 品管圈活动在功能科能够达到减少Holter检查干扰率的预期目标，其活动效益关键在于长效机制和成果的保持。在目前工作基础上，针对相关活动主题，降低检查干扰率，不仅能提高医务人员的业务素质水平，而且能提高患者的满意度，促进医疗质量的持续提高。 　　[关键词] Holter；干扰率；品管圈；柏拉图；鱼骨图 　　[中图分类号] R952 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）02（a）-0140-03 　　Analysis of using QCC to decrease the interference ratio in the Holter test results 　　WANG Hong XU Yanan ZHAO Hong DUAN Linli SU Lei XU Da LIU Jiafei ZHANG Yanrong WEI Xiuhong 　　Department of Function， Aviation General Hospital， Beijing 100012， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the reason of high interference ratio in the Holter test results， and find the method of reducing the rate. Methods 1002 patients checked in the Holter room of Aviation General Hospital were investigated prospectively. Plato analysis and Fishbone diagram analysis were used to find the main reason of high interference ratio in the Holter test results. Publicity and education were done to against the main reasons， and the operations were adjusted. The interference ratio in the Holter test results before and after intervention were compared. Results After the implementation of improvement measures， the interference ratio in the Holter test results decreased dramatically， which from 8.2% to 3.2%， the differences were statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion QCC can achieve the desired goal of decreasing the interference ratio in the Holter test results in the function department， and the key of QCC is to maintain long-term mechanism and results. On the basis of the present work， decreasing the interference ratio in the Holter test results can improve the quality level of medical staff services， improve patient satisfaction， and promote continuous improvement in the care quality. 　　[Key words] Holter
