针对社区慢性病防治行高血压健康教育应用价值 　　【摘要】目的 针对我国社区慢性病防治中采取高血压健康教育的应用价值探讨。方法 选取2013年6月～2015年10月社区收治的高血压患者200例作为研究对象，按随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组，各100例。对照组患者采取常规治疗，而研究组在常规治疗的基础上进行健康教育（心理引导、行为指导、知识讲解以及行为教导等）。结果 研究组患者并发症发生率以及血压控制与对照组患者比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组患者经2年后的调查，研究组患者血压值、胆固醇和甘油三酯水平、体质变化指数以及行为方式等均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 针对我国社区慢性病防治，高血压健康教育具有重要的应用价值，值得广泛推广应用。 　　【关键词】社区慢性病；高血压；健康教育；应用价值 　　【中图分类号】R544.1 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】ISSN.2095-6681.2016.04.0.03 　　【Abstract】Objective In view of our country community health education to hypertension in chronic disease prevention and control of application value.Methods Selecting treated 200 cases of hypertension patients in community were studied， and according to the stochastic indicator method divided the patients into control group and research group， 100 cases each.
