锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折临床应用价值 　　[摘要]目的 研究锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床应用价值。方法 选取我院2014年9月～2015年9月期间收治的四肢骨折患者60例作为研究对象，根据随机数学表法对患者进行分组，对照组30例患者，观察组30例患者，对照组采用单纯钢板螺钉内固定的治疗方案，观察组采用锁定加压钢板固定的治疗方案。手术结束后评价患者的Johner-Wruh功能评分、并发症情况、愈合时间。结果 两组患者的Johner-Wruh功能评分显示，观察组患者的优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者中发生并发症3例，发生率为10.0%；对照组患者中发生并发症7例，发生率为23.3%，两组并发症发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的愈合时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 锁定加压钢板在传统钢板的基础上发展而来，钢板和螺钉的稳定性更强，适合四肢骨折临床治疗，且有效改善了患者运动功能，术后并发症发生率低，愈合时间短，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　[关键词]锁定加压钢板；四肢骨折；临床效果；价值研究 　　[中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）06（c）-0051-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the clinical value of extremities fractures treated by locking compression plate.Methods The selection of patients for our hospital between September 2014 and September 2014 admitted during the period of 60 patients with limbs fracture as the research object，based on a random number method for grouping patients，control group of 30 patients，observation group of 30 patients，control group adopts pure steel screw internal fixation treatment，observation group was given locking compression plate fixation treatment.The Johner-Wruh functional score，complications，healing time in patients after surgery were evaluated.Results On two groups of patients after surgery Johner-Wruh functional score comparison，the proportion of excellent and good of patients in observation group of patients was higher than that in control group，with statistically significant difference （P0.05）.Observation group of patients with complications were 3 cases with the incidence of 10.0%；control group patients with complications were 7 cases with the incidence of 23.3%，the disease incidence of complications was statistically similar between the two groups （P0.05）.The healing time of observation group was obviously less than that of control group with statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Locking compression plate on the basis of the traditional steel plate and the stability of the steel plate and screw is stronger，is suitable f
