采血护士对献血者开展心理护理作用及效果 　　【摘要】 目的：分析采血护士将心理护理应用于献血者对献血者的影响及作用效果。方法：选取2015年1月-2016年7月进行无偿献血的382名献血者为研究对象，按照献血顺序编号，并根据单双号分为两组。对照组（单号）191名仅给予常规护理，观察组（双号）191名在常规护理基础上联合心理护理。对比两组不良反应发生率、再次献血率、疼痛感知评分、抑郁、焦虑状态评分情况。结果：观察组不良反应发生率（1.57%）、再次献血率（57.59%）、疼痛感知评分（1.87±1.91）分、HADS-D评分（2.33±0.84）分、HADS-A评分（2.46±0.28）分、明显优于对照组不良反应发生率（5.24%）、再次献血率（29.32%）、疼痛感知评分（2.53±1.64）分、HADS-D评分（5.75±0.96）分、HADS-A评分（6.14±0.56）分，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采血护士将心理护理应用于献血者，有助于缓解献血者焦虑等不良情绪，降低疼痛感知，减少不良反应，显著提高再次献血率，护理效果较优。 　　【关键词】 采血护士； 效果； 心理护理； 献血者； 作用 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.24.033 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）24-0064-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effects of psychological nursing on blood donors.Method：From January 2015 to July 2016，382 blood donors were selected for the study，in the light of blood donation order number，they were divided into two groups according to single and double.191 blood donors of control group（odd numbers） were given routine nursing，191 blood donors of the observation group（even numbers） combined with psychological nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The incidence of adverse reactions，redonation rate，pain perception score，depression and anxiety status were compared between the two groups.Result：The incidence of adverse reaction（1.57%），redonation rate（57.59%），pain perception score （1.87±1.91）points，HADS-D score （2.33±0.84）points，HADS-A score （2.46±0.28）points of the observation group were significantly better than the incidence of adverse reactions（5.24%），redonation rate（29.32%），pain perception score （2.53±1.64）points，HADS-D score （5.75±0.96）points，HADS-A score （6.14±0.56）points of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological nursing to blood donors can help to alleviate the negative emotions such as anxiety，reduce pain perception，reduce adverse reactions，and improve the rate of blood donation. 　　【Key words】 Blood sampling nurse； Effect； Psychological nursing； Blood donor； Effect 　　First-author’s address：Z
