门诊婴幼患儿静脉采血成功影响因素及应对措施 　　摘要：目的 探讨婴幼儿一次性静脉采血成功率的影响因素，提高一次性采血成功率和患儿及家属对护士的满意度。方法 回顾性分析了2012年～2013年我院门诊部抽血室婴幼儿静脉采血600例，分析影响因素，总结并改进采血方法，提高护士的采血技术及心理素质。结果 改革前一次性采血成功率为45.0%，陪护满意度为40.0%，改革后一次性采血成功率65.7%，陪护满意度为87.0%。结论 婴幼儿及其家属与护士的有效沟通和互动，选择最合适的采血方法和采血位置，护士扎实的采血技术功底和稳定积极的心态是婴幼儿一次性采血成功的关键。 　　关键词：门诊患儿；静脉采血；影响因素；措施 　　Factors Affecting Outpatient Infants Venous Blood Sampling and its Countermeasures 　　YU Ze-jun1，LI Yuan2，CHEN Yuan-ping1 　　（1.Diagnositic Imaging Center， Nanfang Hospital， Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University， Guangzhou 510515，Guangdong，China；2.Department of Infectious Disease，Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University， Guangzhou 510515，Guangdong，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the factors affecting blood disposable vein infant success rate， improve the success rate of one-time blood and the children and their parents on nurses satisfaction. Methods A retrospective analysis of 2012 ～2013 years ventricular blood in outpatient department of our hospital 600 cases of infant venous blood collection and analysis of influence factors， summed up and improved blood sampling method to improve sampling technique and the psychological quality of nurses. Results Before the reform disposable puncture success rate was 45%， nursing satisfaction was 40%， after the reform of disposable puncture success rate of 65.7%， nursing satisfaction for 87%. Conclusion Effective communication and interaction of infants and young children and their family members and nurses， choose the most suitable method of collecting blood and blood sampling position， the nurse solid sampling technique foundation and stable positive attitude is the key to successful infant disposable blood. 　　Key words：Outpatient children； Venous blood； Influencing factors； Measures 　　现代医学里，儿科疾病的诊断及治疗效果的评价依赖准确的检验学数据，婴幼儿静脉采血是获取患儿准??临床数据资料必要手段之一[1]。然而该项技术是门诊抽血室重要及难度较大的护理操作技术，家长的不理解及错误引导，护士与陪护的无效互动，都有可能严重影响穿刺的成功率。本文分析了婴幼儿采血的影响因素，总结我院门诊部抽血室对婴幼儿静脉采血的改革及创新，旨在提高一次采血成功率，减少患儿痛苦，为临床实际工作提供有价值的信息。
