重症肝炎应用异甘草酸镁注射液治疗临床效果观察 　　[摘要]目的 探讨重型肝炎患者应用异甘草酸镁注射液治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2016年5月～2017年5月我院确诊收治的重型肝炎患者124例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为研究组和参照组，每组各62例。参照组患者给予核苷类抗病毒药物、营养支持、保肝治疗以及静脉补液等常规治疗，研究组在常规治疗的基础上给予异甘草酸镁注射液静脉滴注，观察比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后的肝功能指标变化。结果 研究组治疗有效率为85.48%，明显高于参照组（70.97%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05），治疗后研究组各项肝功能指标恢复情况显著优于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 重症肝炎患者应用异甘草酸镁注射液治疗的疗效确切，能够有效改善患者的肝功能损伤，而且安全性高，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　[关键词]重型肝炎；异甘草酸镁注射液；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R512.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）12（b）-0032-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the application of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Injection in patients with severe hepatitis treatment.Methods From May 2016 to May 2017 124 cases of severe hepatitis patients treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into study group and control group，62 patients in each group.The control group was given nucleoside antiviral drugs，nutritional support，treatment and intravenous fluid therapy，the study group on the basis of conventional treatment was given Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Injection for intravenous drip.The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the changes of liver function indexes before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 85.48%，which was significantly higher than that of the reference group （70.97%），and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.The liver function indexes such as ALT，AST，TBIL and so on were not significantly different between the two groups before treatment.The recovery of liver function indexes of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group after treatment，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of severe hepatitis patients with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Injection on the basis of conventional treatment is effective，can effectively improve liver function injury，and high safety，worthy of further clinical application. 　　[K
