钢丝张力带固定加人工髋关节置换术在高龄骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：研究分析钢丝张力带固定加人工髋关节置换术在高龄骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折中应用的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析本院2011-2013年收治的50例高龄骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者的病历资料，随机分为对照组和观察组各25例，对照组实施人工髋关节置换术治疗，观察组实施钢丝张力带固定加人工髋关节置换术治疗，对比分析两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症及临床疗效情况。结果：观察组手术时间、切口长度、卧床时间均短于对照组，术中出血量和术后引流量少于对照组（P0.05）。两组术后并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者临床疗效优良率为96.0%，高于对照组的76.0%（P0.05）。结论：高龄骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折应用钢丝张力带固定加人工髋关节置换术治疗，临床疗效较好，有一定的安全性和可行性，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 钢丝张力带固定； 人工髋关节置换术； 高龄骨质疏松； 股骨粗隆间骨折 　　Application of Wire Tension Band Fixation and Artificial Hip Arthroplasty in the Treatment of Elderly Osteoporotic Intertrochanteric Fracture/BAI Yun-ting，CAO Ji-lie，ZHANG Yong.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（24）：034-036 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical effect of wire tension band fixation and artificial hip arthroplasty in treatment of elderly osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture.Method： From 2011 to 2013，50 cases of senile osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with artificial hip replacement， the observation group was treated with wire tension band fixation and artificial hip replacement.The operation time，intraoperative bleeding volume，postoperative complications and clinical effect of two groups were compared.Result：The operation time，bleeding and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.The clinical effect of observation group was 96.0%，which was higher than 76.0% of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：With the fixation of artificial hip replacement in the treatment of application of wire tension of senile osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture，have better clinical efficacy，safety and feasibility，worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Wire tension band fixation； Artificial hip replacement； Elderly osteoporotic； Intertrochanteric fracture
