长山列岛高血压患病率及其相关因素研究 　　摘要：目的:了解我国北方渔区长山列岛渔民的高血压患病率、血压水平及其相关因素的分布。方法： 分析35～59岁1027名渔民的调查和测量资料。结果： 长岛县渔民高血压患病率为18.60%，其中男性患病率为24.77%，女性14.19%。人群体重超重率（BMI≥24 kg/m?2）为59.78%。男女分别为54.20%和63.77%，女性显著高于男性 (P0.01)。结论： 长岛县渔民人群高血压患病率属较低水平，性别间存在显著性差异。高血压与体重超重有明显关系。对人群进行以预防肥胖为重点的健康教育，降低以高血压为主的心血管病发病率是十分迫切和非常有益的工作。 　　关键词：高血压 患病率 渔区 　　Changshan Islands hypertension prevalence rate and correlation factor research 　　Tian YanminGu Jida 　　 Abstract：Objective： Understands north part of our country the fishing district Changshan Islands fisherman?s hypertension prevalence rate,the blood pressure horizontal and the correlation factor distribution. Methods：Analyzes 35~59 year old of 1027 fisherman?s investigations and the survey data. Results：The Long Island county fisherman hypertension prevalence rate is 18.60%,in which masculine prevalence rate is 24.77%,female 14.19%.The crowd body weight overload rate (BMI≥24 kg/m ? 2) is 59.78%.The men and women respectively are 54.20% and 63.77%,the female obviously is higher than the male (P0.01). Conclusion：The Long Island county fisherman crowd hypertension prevalence rate is the low level,the sex has the significance difference.Hypertension and the body weight overload have the obvious relations.Carries on to the crowd take prevents obese as the key health education,reduces by hypertension primarily cardiovascular disease disease incidence rate is extremely urgent and the extremely beneficial work. 　　 Keywords: HypertensionPrevalence rateFishing district 　　【中图分类号】R45【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1008-1879(2010)11-0010-02 　　 　　高血压在我国已成为危害人民健康的重要疾病。随生活方式改变，近年来患病率逐步增高，为探讨我国北方渔区――长山列岛渔民人群高血压及其相关因素的分布情况，作为国家“十五”攻关课题“我国心血管病发病趋势预测及21世纪预防策略的研究”的协作单位之一，我们在山东省长岛县的砣矶岛进行心血管病危险因素的调查。 　　1 内容与方法 　　采用整群抽样的方法在渔民人群中抽取1000余人，年龄在35～59岁之间，男、女各半作为调查对象，应答率85%。调查根据统一的研究方案进行。采用统一的标准化方法。调查表格由课题牵头单位统一提供。调查人员经过统一培训，考试合格后，对调查对象进行调查和体检。血压测量均使用经过校正的汞柱式血压计。要求采血前测量，测量前15分钟不吸烟、不饮茶、无剧烈活动，精神放松，取坐位，测右上臂，以Korotkoff第一音和第五音为SBP和DBP，连续测三次，每次间隔30秒，取三次测量的平均值作为个体血压的代表值。高血压定义为：收缩压≥140mmHg和/或舒
