高剂量通心络联合阿托伐他治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察 　　【摘要】目的 观察高剂量通心络联合阿托伐他?治疗不稳定型心绞痛的近期疗效及安全性。方法 选取2013年6月～2015年6月我院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者96例作为研究对象，将其随机分为治疗组和观察组，各48例。治疗时间15天，治疗组在优化治疗基础上，予以阿托伐他?钙胶囊治疗，观察组在治疗组基础上，给予通心络胶囊治疗。观察治疗前后，两组患者临床症状及心电图变化。结果 观察组临床症状及心电图总有效率为89.58%，高于治疗组的66.67%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组均未发生严重并发症。结论 口服高剂量通心络联合阿托伐他?治疗不稳定心绞痛，疗效确切，临床不良反应轻，具有临床推广价值。 　　【关键词】不稳定型心绞痛；通心络胶囊；阿托伐他?胶囊 　　【中图分类号】R541.4 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】ISSN.2095-6681.2016.19.0.02 　　【Abstract】Objective To observe the safety of heavy dose of Tong-Xin-Luo （TXL） with Atorvastatin on unstable angina pectoris and its short-term clinical effects on this disease. Methods Randomly dividing the 96 patients with unstable angina pectoris into test group （48 cases） and control group （48 cases）， then provide them with treatment for 15 days. In order to optimize the treatment， Patients in control group would only be arranged for taking 20mg Atorvastatin capsule once every night. At the same time， patients from test group not only receive the treatment like control group， but also have TXL oral capsules 1.56g， 3 times a day. In addition， the patients condition such as clinical symptoms and changes in electrocardiogram before and after the test would be monitored.Results Test group： the total effective rate is 89.58%. Control group： the total effective rate is 66.67%. The result rate of test group is statistically higher than the control groups. （P0.05） Besides that， all the patients from the two groups do not have serious complication. Conclusion Oral heavy dose of Tong-Xin-Luo with Atorvastatin is effective in clinical treatment and it does not bring serious side-effects to patients.
