高压氧对急性缺血性脑卒中疗效研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究高压氧（HBO）辅助溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效。 方法 选择2010年6月～2011年6月来本院治疗的46例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同分为高压氧治疗组（HBO组）16例和对照组30例。高压氧治疗组在脑卒中发作后接受药物治疗，3～5 d开始接受高压氧治疗，对照组只接受药物治疗，未接受高压氧治疗。比较两组患者早期（发病后2周）和晚期（发病1个月后）的临床疗效。 结果 两组患者的NIHSS评分在治疗初期和第一次评估时差异无统计学意义（P=0.140），但两组NIHSS评分在治疗1个月时，差异有统计学意义（P 0.01）。 结论 高压氧治疗急性缺血性脑卒中是有效的，尤其在远期预后方面，效果更佳。 　　[关键词] 高压氧治疗；急性缺血性脑卒中；药物治疗；预后 　　[中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）06（c）-0055-02 　　Study of effects of hyperbaric oxygen on the treatment of acute ischemic cerebral stroke 　　HU Peizeng1 WANG Aihua2 　　1 Department of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy， Yidu Central Hospital of Weifang City in Shandong Province， Weifang 262500， China； 2 Department of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture Rehabilitation， Yidu Central Hospital of Weifang City in Shandong Province， Weifang 262500， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effects of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） with thrombolytic treatment in acute ischemic cerebral stroke. Methods 46 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2011 were selected as research objects， all patients were divided into hyperbaric oxygen therapy group（HBO group， 16 cases）， and control group（30 cases）. Patients in hyperbaric oxygen therapy group received conventional drug therapy， and hyperbaric oxygen therapy 3-5 days after the onset of stroke. Patients in the control group only received medication， did not receive hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The clinical efficacy in patients with early （onset after two weeks） and late （onset after January） period was compared. Results NIHSS score in the two groups at the beginning of treatment and the first assessment compared， there was no significant difference （P=0.140），but there was significant difference after one month treatment （P 0.01）. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of acute ischemic cerebral stroke is effective. Especially in the long-term prognosis， effect is better. 　　[Key words] Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
