高压氧对阿尔茨海默病患者血清雌激素水平影响 　　[摘要] 目的：探讨高压氧（HBO）对阿尔茨海默病（AD）患者血清雌激素（简称雌激素，E）水平的影响，从而揭示HBO治疗AD的可能机制。方法：选择2007年5月~2010年5月50~80岁36例女性AD患者，将其分为常规治疗组及HBO加常规治疗组，检测每例患者治疗前后的智力情况及E水平；另外，选择同期、同年龄段15例智力正常的女性为对照组，并检测E水平。结果：HBO加常规治疗组的智力改善率高于常规治疗组，同时，HBO加常规治疗组治疗后的E水平比治疗前高，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：HBO对AD有治疗作用，此作用可能与其升高患者的E水平有关。 　　[关键词] 高压氧 阿尔茨海默病 血清雌激素 　　[中图分类号] R749[文献标识码]Ａ [文章编号]1673-7210（2011）02（b）-026-03 　　Influence of hyperbaric oxygen on serum estrogen level in patients with Alzheimers disease 　　WANG Huilin1, TANG Jianmei2 　　(1.Department of Neurology, the Second Peoples Hospital Huaihua General Hospital, Hunan Province, Huaihua 418000, China; 2.Department of Hyperbaric Oxygen, the Second Peoples Hospital Huaihua General Hospital, Hunan Province, Huaihua 418000, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the influence of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on serum estrogen (estrogen for short, E) level in patients with Alzheimers disease(AD), thus reveal the possible mechanisms that HBO treats AD. Methods: 36 cases of female patients with AD aging from 50-80 years old, from May 2007 to May 2010 were selected. And they were divided into routine treatment group and HBO plus routine therapy group. Then each patients intelligence and E level were detected before and after the treatment. In addition, 15 women with normal intelligence in the same period and age group were choosed as control group, and the E level in each of them was also detected. Results: Improvement rate of intelligence in the HBO plus routine therapy group was higher than that in the routine therapy group, and the E level in the HBO plus routine therapy group rised after the treatment in comparison with that before the treatment, which both showed significant difference (P0.05).
