顺铂单药化疗联合放疗治疗宫颈癌疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨顺铂单药化疗联合放疗在宫颈癌患者中的临床治疗效果。方法：对笔者所在医院收治的80例宫颈癌患者资料进行分析，根据不同治疗方案将患者分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用单纯放疗治疗，试验组是放疗联合顺铂单药化疗治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果：试验组总有效率为45.0%，显著高于对照组的37.5%（P0.05）；试验组83.3%临床获益，显著高于对照组（P0.05）；试验组治疗后肿瘤直径为（1.85±1.17）cm，显著短于对照组的（2.97±1.40）cm（P0.05）；试验组不良反应发生率为30.0%，高于对照组（不良反应发生率为20.0%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：宫颈癌患者治疗过程中采用顺铂单药化疗联合放疗效果理想，值得推广使用。 　　【关键词】 顺铂单药化疗； 放疗； 宫颈癌； 治疗效果 　　中图分类号 R737.33 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）26-0003-03 　　Curative Effect Analysis of Cisplatin Single-agent Chemotherapy Combined with Radiotherapy in Treatment of Cervical Cancer/LU Cui-ping，ZHENG Qiu-xiang，CHEN Zhen，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（26）：3-5 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of cisplatin single-agent chemotherapy combined with the radiotherapy in treatment of cervical cancer patients.Method：80 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital were analyzed according to the different treatment regimens，who were divided into the control group and the experimental group .
